Jason Facci represents individuals, corporations, real estate developers and public entities in regulatory matters, lobbying efforts and litigation involving discrimination, wage-hour and property disputes, collective bargaining and unemployment insurance. Jason is committed to the zealous representation of his clients and to working with you and other parties to solve your legal issues quickly and diligently.
Jason previously worked in the areas of fraud and consumer protection at the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General and U.S. Attorney’s Office. He is also an experienced investigator, having conducted numerous criminal and civil investigations for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Office of Inspector General, and the D.C. Public Defender Service. Jason also served as a law clerk in the office of D.C. Councilmember David Grosso.
Jason is admitted to practice law in Washington, DC and New York. He received his J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia – David A. Clarke School of Law, from which he graduated magna cum laude.
