Rachelle Llontop drafts motions, affidavits, contracts, and court briefs. She creates employment law presentations for local businesses, and researches and analyzes legal issues related to unemployment insurance proceedings.
Rachelle previously worked on Medicare fraud litigation with a federal agency. The majority of her legal experience is in the private sector, working on management-side counseling for employment discrimination defense and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issues.
Fluent in Spanish, Rachelle has experience translating legal documents and evaluating compliance with the International Labor Organization’s standards.
Rachelle is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. She received her J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law.
