Employer Advocacy Program

GMP served as the legal adviser for the District’s Employer Advocacy Program (EAP) until 2018.  EAP provides free legal representation to employers appearing at the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) for Unemployment Insurance hearings. EAP also provides free quarterly seminars to employers on businesses and employment law topics.
