Employer Advocacy Program

The D.C. Chamber of Commerce contracts with GMP to provide the District’s Employer Advocacy Program (EAP). EAP provides free legal representation to employers appearing at the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) for Unemployment Insurance hearings. EAP also provides free quarterly seminars to employers on businesses and employment law topics.
