Employment Discrimination Defense

GMP defends employers accused of wrongful termination and workplace discrimination under Title 7 or the D.C. Human Rights Act. We represent employers in responding to the filing of charges at the EEOC – the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission – and the D.C. Office of Human Rights (OHR). We also represent employers in drafting employer responses to the EEOC and OHR and we can represent them thereafter, should the case not be disposed of at OHR or EEOC. Should a complainant/former employee/former job applicant be issued a right-to-sue letter, we also represent employers in DC Local courts, as well as DC and Maryland Federal Courts.
